1983 Morgan Plus 4/4

In 1973, Bill Fink a former Morgan Parts Dealer in San Francisco, revived the sale of Morgan Automobiles in America. The Rover V8's that had been used in the past would not pass new federal emissions criteria. Mr. Fink had the revolutionary idea of converting the engines to run on propane which made them exempt from emission restrictions. He also had the vision to modify the doors, bumpers and frames to allow the famed auto maker to sell cars in the US again, which had made up 85% of the sales of Morgans in the past. This particular model is straight and clean and runs excellently and has stood the test of time very well. A lot has happened between then and the current Aero 8 but many enthusiasts and collectors consider this the real deal!
